Dos and Don'ts Before Anal Sex
Posted by Danesha Dawkins on
To ensure that you are doing anal sex correctly makes sure you:
🍑 Do your research.
🍑 Buy and use the right lube.
Apply lube directly to the anus and whatever you are using for penetration. Some sex toys especially the ones made of jelly rubber are most compatible with gel-based lube. However, you can use thick water-based with condoms, your fingers, a penis, and sex toys made of silicone.
🍑 Conduct adequate anal training.
Try solo acts first. Start with your pinky finger and then continue to introduce larger sizes upon mastery. This will train the muscles to gradually accommodate larger toys and a penis.
🍑 Exercise your pubococcygeus (PC) muscles (repetitively push down like you are trying to poop and relax for 5 to 10minutes)
🍑 Reserve extra time for anal preparation.
Anal penetration can get messy real quick due to the use of condoms, lubes, bodily fluids and anal leaks.
🍑 Do it somewhere that can be cleaned up quickly without leaving a stain.
🍑 Anal sex is less painful if you lie flat on your stomach, in doggy style position, and the missionary sex position.
🍑Relaxing and constricting the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles.
🍑Caress the erogenous zones and stimulate clit and vagina (woman) and testicles (man).
🍑 Communication with your partner and let him or her know what you are feeling and thinking. Complement him or her when they are doing a good job and make constructive suggestions when they are not.
🍑 Be patient and open-minded when engaging in anal sex.
